		<description>I feel I&#039;ve hit a wall too but it is like my favourite marketer says (Seth Godin) it&#039;s when you get to the dip and don&#039;t seem to be going anywhere that you have to keep pushing because the amazing results are the other side of this barrier.</description>

		<description>I too have had a massive set back but it was good news and bad mixed up.  My best succes was to change my lifestyle to add a tiny ammount of extra walking (shops, kids whatever).  In fact I&#039;ve only had success with a wholistic approach (spritual, physical lifestlye, eating habits, routine) which helped cement my changes.  However we are all different - keep trying things and you will find something that works fo you.</description>
