		<description>Your little &quot;bounce&quot; isn&#039;t all that uncommon and in fact yours is actually a fairly small one.  Last June I had gotten down to 286 from the 348 I started at in January.  Currently I&#039;m at 330 and on the way back up.  The best thing in the world is what you said about moving on.  If you dwell on the negative, then negative is what you&#039;ll get.  Believe me, I know from personal experience.</description>
