			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since my goal is to lose 40 lbs in 40 weeks, 1 pound a week, I needed to figure out how many calories to burn to lose a pound of fat.                There are roughly 3500 calories in a pound of fat.  That means, if I reduce my intake by 3500 calories per week, I can expect to lose a pound each week.  That's 500 calories per day.  </p>
<p>I think this is a great starting point for me.  </p>

I integrated various Morningstar Farms products into my diet program.  They were easily accessible through our local market.  Price is OK and cooking is easy.  </p>
<p>They have a quite a number of veggie products.  You might want to check it out.  They taste really good.</p>
