About Bo’s Diet Journal
Hi and thanks for visiting my diet blog. My name is Bo and I'd like to tell you little bit about me and why I started this diet blog. I've gained about 40 lbs in the last 4 years, since I was married. One day, I've noticed that non of my favorite clothes fit. To make the matters worse, I've also realized that I'm starting to see the symptoms of obesity such as gynecomastia and stretch marks on my skin!
I was ashamed of myself and felt helpless for a while. I've signed-up for a gym membership and worked really hard for about 3 months and nothing really happened. Some said my metabolism is messed up and some said it's all from stress. Well, after reading books after books on weight loss, I've come to realization that the only way to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
That's what I'm doing with my weight loss journey. I'm going to eat less, and eat healthier foods. Make better choice here and there. This blog is for me and the people who are going through the same challenges. I'm simply logging my progress and share weight loss tips as I find them useful. I've already failed numerous times, but keep trying until I reach my weight loss goal.
